If you believe one of our Organica products is faulty, please keep the product in the original container and contact us to discuss replacement if deemed faulty by Organica Australia Pty Ltd.

  • Payment is to be paid to Graze Organics by the invoice due date.
  • Overdue invoices are charged an additional 5% late fee per day.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be ready for pickup, I will advise you once it is ready for pickup from advised Transport Depot.
  • $60 fee is charged to all invoices, to transport required pallet, to your preferred transport companies freight depot.
  • Freight is to be arranged by customer at own expense.
  • ONLY 1000L shuttles are to be picked up from 41 Marble Drive, Kingston, QLD, 4151. Please allow 5 business before it is ready for pickup. The end user’s details will need to be provided to Graze Organics before any shuttles are sent.

Graze Organics PTY LTD and Organica Australia PTY LTD are not liable for any breakages or spills to the product after it has been safely loaded on freight carriers truck.
